Arctic ACTCP00079A Thermal Paste - Safe for Processors and Chips

Arctic high-performance thermal paste, providing excellent heat transfer between processors and electronic chips. It features a viscosity of approximately 45,000 Poise and a density of ~2.6 g/cm³, operating within a temperature range of –50 to +150°C.The paste has a volume resistivity of ~1.8 × 10¹² Ω-cm and a breakdown voltage of ~7.5 kV/mm, with a gray color. It is non-conductive, making it safe for use on processors and chips, and is free from heavy metals such as silver or copper. Easy to apply and requires no pre-conditioning before use.
